We have successfully curated and executed over 200+ weddings since 2017 and most of our couples find themselves falling into one of our three packages. If you feel like you would like a custom package, perhaps day of coordination with 1 design meeting thrown in, we can make that happen.

You will receive our Welcome packet that is filled with helpful planning advice, vendor recommendations and our planning questionnaire to complete prior to our 6 month meeting.
Wedding Day
Lead Coordinator will oversee and manage all wedding day logistics (12 hours of coverage)
- Act as the point person for vendors, wedding party and guests
- Handle any wedding day emergencies that may arise (we’ll bring a wedding day emergency kit full of bobby pins, band-aids and more… just in case!)
-Limited setup of the couples items: Guestbook, Welcome Sign, Drink Walls, Dessert table, In memory of display, etc)
- Oversee deliveries and the set up of miscellaneous items such as table linens, chair covers, centerpieces, floral arrangements, etc from 3rd party vendors and/or family members.
- Manage the wedding day timeline and ensure everything is running on schedule or pivot when needed.
- Distribute and pin all corsages, boutonnieres, and personal flowers
- Greet guests and direct them to ceremony and reception site(s) and graciously answer any questions they may have throughout the day
- Round up, line up and cue the wedding party for the ceremony processional
- Cue ceremony musicians or DJ in regards to ceremony music (song changes)
- Work with catering and/or venue wait staff to confirm food timing and logistics
- Coordination of grand entrance, toasts/speeches, first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, etc.
- Oversee late night food + ensure this comes out or is delivered on time
- Ensure end of night transportation arrives on time and is running on schedule
- Organize and pack up any of the couples items we setup to an onsite location.
-Emcee the reception and cocktail hour for you and your guests. Grand Entrance, Shoe game, speech flow, etc. (This is only if Amy Lee is your lead coordinator)*Otherwise it would be an add on.
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

AFTER YOUR WEDDING
- Follow up with all of your vendors and thank them for helping make your wedding day the BEST DAY EVER!

- Rehearsal outside of the wedding day

-Any additional roles that usually are acquired by other vendors, may be an additional charge (Decorator)
-Florals- Depending on the weddings style, we may be able to provide florals for our clients. (This is only if Amy Lee is your coordinator)
-Additional hours on wedding day
- Emcee Services (when you have a band and need emcee services during dinner)
-Higher Guest counts of over 400+ will require an additional add of a team member.
-Access to all of our in-house decor at a fraction of the cost of other rental places.
Design process (8-10 months prior)
Wedding Day (Listing only the differences of the Day of Coordinator package)
Amy Lee will be your lead coordinator along with an additional associate.
- Having additional staff on duty on your wedding day allows us to cut setup/teardown fee's you would normally be charged from 3rd party vendors. (This is a $500-1,000 savings)
-Social Media Content Creator- You will receive all behind the scenes photo/video taken during your wedding day within 48 hours. Any reels/tiktoks you want will be preplanned and put into the timeline. This is a $1500 added value , that you get complimentary.
-Unlimited hours on Wedding Day- We will not start the teardown process until most of your Dance is over and will be the last vendor to leave for the night guaranteeing everything has been completed to your expectations.
-Includes Complimentary Cylinder vases with white flameless pillar candles or Tapered candlesticks holders in clear or gold with flameless tapered candles for up to 20 tables. (3-4 per table)

- Manage all correspondence with vendors to keep you enjoying the engagement process and not the planning stress.
- Establish a vendor payment schedule to keep you on track with payments
- Selection and wording on wedding save the dates, invitations, programs, menu cards, place cards, etc.
- Guidance when choosing wedding favors, attire, gifts, welcome bags, etc.
- Determine the ceremony order of walking + assist with wedding vows(Work along side of your officiant)
- Rehearsal dinner planning included
- Assistance with wedding website creation (knot or Zola)
-Entire inventory of decor, drink walls, chargers, dessert trays, candles, candle holders, specialty linen is included.
Any additional staff brought in would be at no additional fee to this package.
