Event Manager (Day of Coordinator- Package)
You have unlimited email communication.
6 Month check in meeting to make sure your vendors are booked and give you a rough timeline. (1 hour long)
Three coordinating planning meetings at 8,4,2 weeks out.
Wedding Day
Oversee and manage all wedding day logistics (14 hour total)
- Act as the point person for vendors, wedding party and guests
- Assist with last minute errands (if requested)
- Handle any wedding day emergencies that may arise (we’ll bring a wedding day emergency kit full of bobby pins, band-aids and more… just in case!)
- Set up and tear down personal items only. (Guestbook, meal cards, programs, welcome signage.) (This is 2 hours setup- 1 hour take down time- any events with more detailed setups, than you should move up to the next package for a better deal and allow us to "coordinate the day")
- Oversee deliveries and set up of miscellaneous items such as table linens, chair covers, centerpieces, floral arrangements, etc.
- Manage the wedding day timeline and ensure everything is running on schedule
- Distribute and pin all corsages, boutonnieres, and personal flowers
- Greet guests and direct them to ceremony and reception site(s) and graciously answer any questions they may have throughout the day
- Round up, line up and cue the wedding party for the ceremony processional
- Cue ceremony musicians or DJ in regards to ceremony music (song changes)
- Work with catering and/or venue wait staff to confirm food timing and logistics
- Coordination of grand entrance, toasts/speeches, first dance, father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, etc.
- Oversee late night food + ensure this comes out or is delivered on time
- Ensure end of night transportation arrives on time and is running on schedule
- Organize and pack up décor toward the end of the night + transfer everything to a secure onsite location or vehicle
-Mcee the reception and cocktail hour for you and your guests. Grand Entrance, Shoe game, speech flow, etc.
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

This package is for our couples who don’t know what their vision is, or have an idea, but need us to help you piece together all the decor, color scheme and vibes so that it serves functionality and practicality. (Outdoor grazing tables are great until you remember mother nature has bugs and they will LOVE that grazing table- I am here to make you feel secure in your choices along the path of wedding planning.
This package also comes not one but TWO coordinators to help throughout the day! That means we can do more setup which will allow you to cut setup from other 3rd party invoices.
